With over 15 years of dedicated experience in education, I bring a comprehensive skill set to my roles as both a classroom teacher and an ESL instructor.
I offer specialized instruction in Mathematics, English FAL, and Science to students from Grade 1 to Grade 7, while also providing ESL classes tailored for both young learners and adults.
This diverse teaching background has been instrumental in refining my pedagogical methods, enabling me to craft engaging, effective lessons and meet the unique needs of every student, regardless of age or background.

Founded in 2020 by Tsitsi Mapuranga (Teacher Mercy), this service was born from a passion for quality education and a mission to support families amid a shortage of professional tutors.
Teacher Mercy
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of South Africa (UNISA), a Diploma in Education from the University of Zimbabwe, and a 120-Hour TEFL Certificate from International Open Academy, USA. These qualifications have equipped me with a strong theoretical and practical foundation in education and teaching English as a foreign language.
In addition to primary education, I have spent four years as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher. During this time, I worked with a wide range of learners, including children and adults from various backgrounds such as Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean communities.
